History is the captivating influence that shapes who I am as an artist. From Renaissance Impressionists to the Group of Seven (Tom Thompson) Illusion, light, and the mysterious moods shape the many styles in which I enjoy exploring in pastels, ink, and pencil.

Born in Regina, Saskatchewan, and grew up on Vancouver Island. Now residing in Qualicum Beach, Vancouver Island. Graduated from Emily Carr College of Arts and Design in 1987.
